This dirt and brake dust would normally require harsh chemicals and brushes to remove, with the Gtechniq C5 the dirt can simply be blasted away with a pressure washer.
Because of C5’s unique, exceptionally fine surface rheology and chemical bonding mechanism, its performance is outstanding. The former property gives the coating its excellent stain and contaminant resistance, and the chemical bond formed between the wheel surface and C5 makes the coating durable. In simpler words, it forms a harder layer on top of the soft paint on your rims, meaning those stubborn pieces of dirt and brake dust can't easily embed themself into your paint. instead they just sit on top of the ceramic making it super easy to clean off.
C5 will retain its integrity up to temperatures of 600°C (1112°F) making it suitable for all parts of your vehicle’s rims and brake callipers.
